hi Jairam!

I am a certified Manileño! I read the list and has been to ALL of them. I was born and lived in manila until I was in my early 20s.

Your list made me nostalgic about this city.

btw, you're a fellow kulasa pala.
Is St. Scho now St. Scho Academy? wasn't it a college? I am referring to the one in Leon Guinto.

Hi Duke, wow Kulasa ka din pala. Oops sorry about the academy thing. I came from St. Scho Academy in Pampanga, so nakiki- Alma Matter lang ako. But I remained a kulasa at heart until college days :)

Hi Jane, happy Manila day!

WOW...I guess there is a lot to do in the Phillipines. I've always wanted to go and visit since I'm like 1/4 Phillipino (is that even how you spell it?) but so far, that's like a whole other lifetime away...

And I think you should totally turn all the places into links, so people from far away and can click and learn!

Is that so D.T.? It's spelled this way - Filipino :)
YOu can click on the link, the keyword is here of the first paragraph.

Belated happy manila Day!

whew what a list!!!

from your list, i havent heard no. 100 (Filipino - American War marker at Sociego cor. Silencio St., Old Sta. Mesa).

planetarium... naremember ko tuloy dati when i was in grade 5, excited ako mag-grade6 coz diyan ang field trip. but when i reached grade6, we didn't go there. sad...

jairam, i'm not sure ha. pero diba dati may parang manila film festival to celebrate manila's day din?

I have lived in Manila for quite a while pero ang dami ko pa rin palang hindi narating.

When I was still in Cavite, June 24 is Araw ni San Juan. We had to watch out dahil bubuhusan ka ng tubig nga mga tao. I wonder if they still do this.

hi jane...

thanks for dropping by my blog. yes, i am in singapore

have a great sunday

i just realize, i haven't been to all of the places that you've mentioned. oh well, understandable. i've been here for almost 7 years only =D.

maybe, you can add the plaza rajah sulayman itself. there was a program there last night and concluded with a beautiful fireworks.

Korek ka dyan Tin, laging may Manila Film Festival to coincide with the Manila Day Celebration :)

Naku Niceheart, they still do that until now. At ang daming napapa away because of that :(

Ikaw Mama Jenn, malayo din sa amin, he he :)

Hi Egoddess, ako nga dipa nangangahalati dyan eh :)

Thanks for dropping by Mahd :)

Ok, I'll do just that Princess :)

Thanks for sharing Kadyo :)

Many thanks for taking the time to compile this list. Bravo!

Thanks Senor ;)

Maligayang Araw ng Maynila!

Sayang wala ako para makigulo dyan.

I love the song...Manila, Manila... hinahanap hanap kita Manila...

Long Live Manila, Philippines !!!

What a list! hanep... siguro

just one thing, what's to see in Manila bulletin?

Hi Jase, I love that song too :)

Well, Kuya Rey I had to mention it lang kasi nasa Manila siya and they have a big office in the heart of the city :)

Miss Jai did you party out on that day ?

Sort of Charles, sort of, he he!

It's been ages since I was in Manila. I didn't got to see much when I was there, though. College, starvation, and utter lack of money para kahit nalang pamasahe. It's hard being a promdi in the city. ^___^

Hi Aldo, lucky me I came to Manila for work. I can just imagine what you went through here when you were just a student :(

I studied in UST and I miss Manila a lot! Sayang nga I don't get to pass by it for some time.

Ganda ng Manila talaga, nakakamiss your highness :)
