Sisig Anyone?
A trip back home wont be complete without a taste of Sisig. Aling Lucing's is the most popular and we always buy from her, but this time my brother suggested we try Aling Naty's, the store next to Aling Lucing's.
I made the meal more exciting by turning it into a competition. We bought one serving of each. Who won the battle? Surprisingly it was Aling Naty's. The same amount of serving but cheaper by P10. Although the two have almost the same texture, Aling Naty's was crunchier and tastier. Aling Lucing had the taste of burnt meat, and my Dad noted that it was too oily and had so much fat. So the next time you visit Angeles City, try both and tell me which one suits your taste buds better.
I hope I am the first one. Oooohh I miss sisig. I noticed once that there was this American girl who tried to eat sisig and it was quite fun to see since she started to pick out parts of it that she doesnt like or something weird. In the end she ended up eating a tiny fraction of the food.

I miss sisig. Sisig and booze makes a perfect combination. Nagcrave tuloy ako sa sisig. :( Too bad wala dito nyan. :)

hi jane! i loooove sisig! masarap ang sisig sa ic's (don't know if it's spelled that way...or as aysee's...)...it's near ultra, sa pasig. you should try it! though the ambiance is not that great...masarap din ang kanilang pla2x at papaitan..=D

Ay ang sarap ng bawal!
Kahit masama sa cholesterol at presyon ko pag may tipar o me nanglibre call ako sa sisig.
Pero sa ngayon,medyo natauhan na baka atakihin darating pa naman si karl's jr.

well Jase, if you're thinking about the dinuguan made of lamang loob, medyo ganoon na nga. pero sisig is a mixture of chicken liver, onions, pork skin and meat, tenga ng baboy cut into small pieces tapos inihaw siya :)

ditto! ditto! whenever my family's out for dinner on a barbecue place, i always order sisig. the ones CDO has to offer may not be as scrumptious as the ones you have back there but they will do. for now. ahehehe.
